grounding kit install

hey guyz...i just got my grounding kit few days ago.
i have a really noobie question to ask ya.
how do i install it? do i need to unplug the battery before doing so? i don't want to get toasted here. please help me!

Idid not unplug the battery myself.

Where'd you buy them? They should have included directions .. if you got Z-Xtreme's, it's on his webpage, or there's a monster thread here somewhere.

Z-Enterprises come w/directions, printed in full color, IIRC.
