Theirs a specific law out (something along the lines of Morgan), that states taht the dealership can't void your warranty if a certain aftermarket part had no part in breaking something else. For example if you get an intake, and your headlights explode, they can't deny your warranty because of the intake.

Man, I promise you get Crawfords stuff, they are by far the best on the market and Doug is the man when it comes to service.
Crawford Cats, Headers, and Plenum are awesome. Borla exhaust and a pop charger. Thats what I have and love every bit of it. The only things I'm doing now are waiting on Crawfords Cams and then a Vortec SC next summer.

You may or may not be given a hard time about headers. It really depends on the dealer.
Ask the service manager at your dealer. My Acura service department didn't care about any bolt on's. They only had a problem with opening up the engine (Cams..)
My suggestion for your $2000..Assuming you will be getting things installed:
High Flow Cats & 3.91 gears.

ummmmmmm, get the new track 350z with exaust side valve timing and 300 hp use the two grand as the down payment. then get an ecu reprogram on that when its available with a plenum and cats. Vroooom that's fast. Also get an exedy flywheel and clutch combo as well. if you have that much cash , i advise getting the new car switch. Or get an anniversary edition. The engine has stronger rod bolts, you can rev higher, and with nesmo heads its an ultimate m3 eater.
