Default New trans install by dealer

Im geting a new tranny put in by the dealer today. the trany was grinding in 3rd and 6th when cold. they are just swaping the trans, shouldent they do the clutch too?

Nope, they won't do the clutch unless you pay for the parts.

Well does it sound like my clutch could have been damiged due to the bad trans. I have no idea how it works.... Any input would help.
