Lightest non-Tilton clutch/flywheel combo?
I am asking because im afraid my power goal might exceed the tiltons allowance, and my parents borrow my car sometimes and i dont think theyd appreciate the tilton setup

That is how much the Tilton rally will support. +/- 50hp for being tired!

I was refereing to the street setup
, i fear i am not manly enough (or deep pocketed enough, poor college student) for the tilton rally setup
The street and rally setups actually cost the same (give or take $50) but as you said, the rally is not the best for non-enthusiast drivers (parents, gf's, etc...) Although mine did improve a lot after some miles, and most people can't even tell how grabby it is until they try it.
I would check out the Unorthodox Racing clutch/flywheel combos. I run it in my "other" car with great success and there customer support is top notch. Only downside is slightly stiffer pedal, and make sure to follow the break-in procedure properly.
The Exedy clutches/ and flywheels also have a good reputation and are some of the lightest around, though I don't have first hand experience.
