Hows going?

I am just wondering to understand more about our 350Z ECU... Does any one know whether or not our ECU controls the VDC system as well? or VDC is a stand alone system?

I am planning to have the ECU replaced with Motec uint + cam control + drive-by-wire system and I am wondering to know if I will lose the VDC at all in that case...

Any input will be helpful!

You are going to loose the VDC if you go to the Motec, VDC does have its own control unit but it is linked into the ECU. Just throw it away, its junk anyway.... If you are going to Motec then you are obviously looking for very extreme perfomance, the VDC is just a nanny for those who cant drive
