Default UR Crank Pulley

if you buy just the crank pulley (because I am just concerned about the hp gain) do you have to use the ur belt or can you use you oem belt?

what do the new belts do that the stock belts cant do? Are they shorter to compensate for the smaller pulleys?

it's an underdrive pulley = smaller

need smaller belts
