Default Reflash or dyno tuning

Here is a list of my motor mods:

AEM short ram intake
Kinetix V4 plennum
Kinetix high flow cats
Stillen Cat back
JIC clutch
Stillen aluminum flywheel

My car feels sluggish , not as fast as i would have expected with mods.... do you think that i need a reflash? or a dyno tuning?

Also i'm kind of on a budget at this time of year so price DOES matter... what company makes a reflash for a good price. also how do you get a reflash? do you have to send them your ECU or what?>

any ideas are appretiated... my car feels like a giant turd.

technosquare is the only company that makes the reflash for our cars and the cost is $500. Your car does have to be an 03 though, 04+ cannot be flashed yet.
