What can I use to pump gear oil into the differential?

There are suction gun/pump thingies at Autozone. I think its like $10.

I picked up a siphon pump for when I change mine here shortly:



3 bucks at Walmart. Its 6 ft in length.

that is pretty much the gold standard for the diff oil isn't it. you gotta order that stuff online, i've never seen it.

25 dollar pump at the auto parts store. works well for me. Those cheaper ones makes such a mess.

It said it was for 1 gallon bottles. But I guess it works well in the bottle the fluid came in as well.

I have one of these: . I don't remember where I bought it - it's been years. Pegasus has them as does probably any decent auto parts store. One drawback is that it's a little slow, but it does the job well otherwise.

Thanks.. I went to Walmart last night, but they were polishing the fukin floors in the automotive section. So I couldn't get it. I went to Autozone and got one of those gallon jug pumps. It worked perfectly.

That diff fluid smells NASTY!

For anyone interestd the diff takes a little less then 2 quarts.

I just found out the same thing yesterday.

It "technically" works, but its wayyyy toooo slooooowwww.
