It is a water bypass valve. Mine broke as well. I asked the dealer if they could order just that part. No luck! I was looking at one of these...

I may just pop the cone filter on the end of the tube where the MAF is located until i can find the correct part.

For this installation, Is there any electrical or program modifications i'll need to make regarding, but not limited to, the mass air flow sensor or anything like that? Someone is currently trading a nismo intake for a stock +$100 and if i take it, i don't want my car processing or detecting airflow incorrectly or anything like that.
