Just got it. Turns but won't crank and I smell fuel. Might be obvious, but....help?

 

Welcome, but your description leaves out several critical details. Do you mean you can turn the crank by hand, but it won't start? Did you purchase it in this condition? How many miles are on it? What kind of troubleshooting have you already done?
