I bought a 2005 350z yesterday and would like to work on some improvements & what would be your recommendations to fix. I am attaching few pictures that I took. If you can suggest few fixes that I can do myself, that would be a great help. The paint is peeling off

 

WTH are those leather covers on the insides of the foot wells. Is that a convertible only thing?

The knee bolsters somebody fabbed, I'd buy used ones from a salvage yard. The interior scratches can be corrected wth DupliColor Fabric spray DIY.
Unfortunately the exterior clear coat has broken down severely. Only fix I know for this feather-edge sanding, then respray in 2 steps. If it were mine I'd do a small test area like the mirror at home. Gl!
