No. Not without added fab.
First, the HR is physically different so piping is different between the two.
Secondly, HR has dual intakes as you mentioned. Flow sensing, intake paths are vastly different and will require extra fabrication work and so on.
Not to mention turbo sizing for maximum performance may be different.
Can it all be done? Sure. But it's very far from bolt on/plug n'play.
