Hi all,

I'm a new member to the forum and have a question. My 2003 350z touring is now in need of a new engine. I found a donor engine from a 2004 350z. My Nissan dealer can not confirm that the 04 engine is compatible. Could some one let me know if an 2004 engine will work in my 2003 for a engine swap? Thanks for helping me!

 

It will work all non rev up motors are interchangeable.

 

Side note: if your dealer doesn't know what motors will work in your car DONT USE THAT DEALER!

 

+1. Definitely would not go to that dealer. Then again they might just say that in case so they can't be held reliable

Agree that I wont be using them that is!
