Hello this is the first time I've used this forum, I have swapped an ls into my 350z and am using the cd008 transmission. I used the ISR swap kit. I have the stock master and slave cylinder. I got the car running and have encountered what seems to be my clutch is over engaging. If I push the clutch half to three quarters of the way in the transmission goes into gear smoothly. If I push it in the whole way I am getting a chatter noise.
Has anyone encountered this issue.

id imagine youve intrucduced a bubble into the system when removing /installing the trans.
You want to use a vacuum bleeder for sure.
If i had used the stock trans in my own swap, id have replaced every part none the less, ie new master, slave and clutch line
