2 quick questions.. after how many miles should i re-oil my popcharger? do you have the oil in stock? thanks!

Usually they need to be cleaned and re-oiled every 60-80K miles. I have plenty of the oil in stock

is the pop charger C.A.R.B. exempt (50 State legal)? If I wanted to order, just go straight to your website?
