Is the kit available as a "tuner kit" I have a UTEC and MAP sensor already, can it be bought without management/injectors etc.?

What are the chances of sucking water from the filter? I live in Miami and that is my biggest concern.
Also, could you give me the price of the kit without the Utec, shipped to 33332?

The filter has a sock and a shield. We have done two that are daily driven for nearly a year now and have no problem what so ever with water being sucked in to the filter.
