I have the HKS Ti Dual exhaust on an 08 350Z, will these fit on mine and if so, will I get a CEL?

hmm, I run an aps twin set-up (not extreme), with greddy evott exhaust. Will these hook up and replace my current aps 2.5" test pipes?
