We've taken all of the guess work and research out of putting together the Pathfinder Cooling Mod Package. You can order everything you need quickly and easily from Z1. The Pathfinder Cooling Mod allows you to add a rear coolant crossover to promote more even cooling and water temps throughout your engine. We keep all of these componants in stock and have installed them in house so we know that they work and fit together.

We don't have a tech sheet on it just yet but I can have something put together and sent out with it. That would be no problem.
It is a fairly straight forward installation although there is a good bit involved. The lower plenum (collector) has to be removed to install one of the coolant lines. It could be done in car although it would be tough. We generally install this package with the engine out of the car.

Good questions! I was hoping this kit had all those problems figured out, I was originally interested in this kit back when forged was offering it.

I Just got the pipe from the Dealer the pipe comes plugged (Welded) from the Factory, there`s a small bypass hose right next to the red arrow in the 1st picture they did install the nipple to reconnect the hose, i don`t think that this small hose will affect anything i`d rather remove the hose plug the other side (the small golden nipple on the right of the 2nd picture) and call it a day

Sorry, I didn't see Jason's post above.
I also want to keep the passenger side by pass coolant hose, and not block it off.
Is the 1/4" compression thread the same as 1/4" NPT?
On the Pathfinder casting, there is a thick, plugged unused position for a fitting directly above where you tapped into the casting. Any reason you didn't use that one?
