I read somewhere on the forum that after January 1,2009 California passed some other law to further restrict emmisions and the EPA has allowed it. This restircts the sale of HFC or test pipes at all from companies in california selling in california such as Fast Intentions etc..
Is this kit legal as of now in california?

What does this kit have to do with test pipes of hfcs? I don't see a single exhaust related part in the kit.

Yes, your test pipes are illegal for the street in Cali. It's been that way for the longest time.

No, to stay in compliance with the CARB E.O# for this kit, we will only install it with the pre-programmed F-Con IS that is supplied in the kit. If you wish to tune it further, you can take it to a Pro Dealer but with supercharger's, you're going to have to start changing pulley's to crank up the boost. It not just as simple as re-tuning the F-Con IS.

 

I don't know why high flow cats or test pipes are even relevant to this product or thread but this kit is completely CARB approved and legal for the streets.
