No, they are for 03-06 only. I need to edit the post to include that info, AMS is supposed to have HR pulleys for us soon but they haven't given me an ETA yet. Sorry.

These kits use stock sized belts so no worries about not being able to find replacement belts when the time comes.

We've been running these pulleys on our G35 now for over a year with no belt issues or any issues at all. Great build quality and a great price.

so.. this isn't a underdrive pulley? how does it make power? do you have a link with more info on these?

It's not underdrivem it "makes" power by reducing the amount of rotating weight on the front of the engine. By reducing rotating weight you reduce parasitic drag which allows more engine power to transfer. Works just like lightweight flywheel does in regards to power gains.
