It has a broken coolant bolt hole. The bolt hole does not effect the manifold pressure. You will have to run a coolant bypass or have it fixed.

Have you ever manually pressed and opened the butterfly valves on either throttle body? I did that to mine and then learned that it messes it up. The car still runs and drives, but start-ups are rough.

The throttle has never been touched. I smashed up my car and insurance let me pull my parts. It was attached to my Crawford when pulled.
