I bought a complete motor and it turned out to have pretty shitty compression so I ended up finding a shortblock and swapping everything over. I don't know much history about it.
vq35de bare bones block/cradle. It has a scar in one of the cylinder walls from a piston with cracked ringlands. The cylinders are out of round by a few 0.001 inches. It would definitely have to be boreded .02 over or just resleeved. Great to start your build off. $100 obo
vq35de crankshaft. No scars or spun bearings on any of the journals. I was going to use it for my build before I just found another shortblock. $100
vq35de non-revup cams. All 4. No weird scarring or anything. $100
VQ35de non-revup heads. Have yellowing from oil and carbon build up from blowby. Comes with all retainers, springs, valves, lifters still installed. $200
non-revup Front timing cover. Was spray painted silver. outside cleans up a lot better then it looks. Inside is yellow oil stained. Does come with lower timing covers, but not upper cam covers.$40
Rear timing cover. Same deal. Not painted. $40
VTC covers (non revup) x3. 10 bucks each... can powder coat them for $10 more.
lower timing covers. 10 for the pair. can powder coat them for $10 more.
Exhaust manifolds $20
