I told him in my PM that I am not going to half-*** the FTC and I am not going to be the guinea pig to install and see if it works. F-that, the FTC install is no fun and I sure as hell am not going to do it twice to SAVE a few dollars since my TIME is >> money.

You were on last night and again this morning. Sure I probably spend to much time on here but that is my choice.

Not stalking, stalking would be going above and beyond clicking your SN on the forum.

Not a kid so you can get that out of your head now. I work too and travel a lot for work meaning my weekends and time are valuable to me.

Just because I was "on" doesn't mean I am required to play into your nonsense. I refunded your money and if you take care of your side of the bargain it will cost you more than $75.

All of this has been cleared up, these problems wouldnt have been an issue except CUX350z didnt have enough patience for me to respond. I saw his pm this morning at 625 when I had to leave for work by 630. I did not have time to respond to his pm's when I had to leave for work. I offered solutions to him that he was not satisfied with, the FTC only holds dirt out according to my local Nissan dealer but the marks in it were not acceptable to him. I wold not be surprised if those marks we're caused by him or in transit because I never noticed them previously. He never tried to resolve the dispute in an adult manner instead when I didn't respond to him within his time he jacked my thread and posted a claim with PayPal. Obviously I refunded his money. He refuses to call this dispute closed and remove his flaming from my jacked thread. But hey I frankly don't care because I don't own a z and don't need my reputation on this forum like he does.

Still available are heads, block, valve covers.

You really area piece of work.

You last activity before I posted in your thread was AFTER 10am, as in you checked at work but ignored my pm.

As for accusing me of damaging the FTC or saying it was done in transit is the biggest line of BS and a cop out.

The item arrived in a very filthy state. You couldnt even hold it without getting your hands turned dusty and black. The marks on there (which you conceded to already) are caused from being pried of the engine. There are several locations where some idiot mechanic beat the crap out of it with a flathead. In this particular location ( i am assuming it was the last location) you can see that the idiot slammed the screwdriver home, past the entire mating face and then used this point as the leverage spot and pried the FTC off versus doing it proper by going inch by inch with multiple flatheads/prying tools.

Why would I damage a part that I spent time on cleaning and prepping for powdercoat? I had to degrease and soak and then pressure wash the hell out of it. I was then removing RTV, which there is a lot of just to hold DUST out, and by the time i flipped it over and went around the edge i spotted where you screwed the cover up.

If you were a decent seller you would have been easier to work with. Instead you forced me to leverage the forum and paypal against you to resolve such a simple problem.

I hope this situation cost you every potential sale you have here.

And the damage is the lower right side(driver side) and you can see in the OP's picture that there is a bunch of buildup in that area.

Do you know what caused the block to seize? Where are you located?

Any thorough pics of the heads?
