Default Built short block

$4700+ shipping FIRM

I have a vq35de short block I need to sell for money for medical bills.
Has only 1500 miles on it. Motor was assembled by speed image of Lakewood CO which is no longer in business. It ran great when pulled. I just pulled the motor last weekend so I haven't had time to take off the timing cover or heads (which are already sold) to take a few photos of the pistons tops/ cylinder walls. Motor has never seen boost. I broke it in N/A and was about to boost it when family issues came up and the need to sell it arose.

On to the specs:

Darton MID sleeved
10:1 96mm CP pistons with upgraded wrist pins
Carrillo H-beam rods w/ CARR bolts
ACL std. size race bearings (built looser for high HP; still within factory tolerances)
Cosworth oil pump
billet main girdle
ARP mains & L19 head studs
block has been modded to accept HR headgaskets
rotating assembly was balanced and mains line honed
block was decked flat; part of the sleeving process.
z1 oil pan spacer
comes with a pathfinder coolant mod kit

Essentially this is a Import Parts Pro stage 3 build with a lot of extras including the $600+ oil pump and head studs.
This is a used engine but is very capable of producing extreme power.

Here are some photos. Most of these were taken just before I installed the engine.

Sorry to hear about your medical problems......

What is the motor out of.

Who installed the Sleeves?

(What is built Loose ?)

What are the Main and Rod clearances?

And Piston to Cylinder clearances?

What Cams and Springs?

Do anything to the Heads?

Have receipts for all the parts and from speed image?

So, it's a Rev-Up with a Single TB....?

You can PM me if you want to keep this private.....

Thanks,
Timrod

Seller said a DE not a rev-up but it has adjustable intake and exhaust cams so im betting Tim was just making sure its a DE bottom end and not a HR.
