Goodwood Festival of Speed 2009
Just thought I would share a few pics with some fellow petrol heads across the pond.
Me and a few mates went down to Goodwood Festival of Speed this year, for those that dont know its a hill climb event that includes cars from all over the world that have or do race in all sorts of competitions.
Cars were from 1950 to present day and included some very rare machines.
Sorry some of the pics are a bit crap and there are things in the way.. not easy to get a good vantage point and the event is on all day.
If any of the pro photographers out there could give me some hints and tips to do with camera setup (ISO, Apature, speed) for events like this I would appriciate it.
Anyway enjoy!
A few of my faves!

More here on the slideshow! Over 600 pics so it may take a while to get through them!

Thanks for looking
If any of you guys are in the UK first week of July then I highly recommend a visit. Noise of the cars going up the hill from the start is amazing esp as your so close, and also taking to the guys in the pits and the show area about the cars is great, all very friendly!
2009 was sponsored by Audi

2008 was by Toyota

And the red arrows turn up too!
