How do these TP fit on the HR? headers and cats are different..

 

If they're HR test pipes (which he says they are) then they fit like a glove..

 

They dont fit both, hes just assuming and putting bad info on here hopin to sell em faster. Someones gonna buy em for their HR and relaize they dont fit, if u own a Z, you should know their facts.....Just sayin.

 

Every post the OP has made in this thread has said they are specifically for the HR motor (07-08), so I am not sure what you are getting at?

 

If you look at pics between DE and HR cats/TP's, you will see they are different, as well as the headers, you cant swap em back n forth, they wont fit and the one time i tried just for ***** n giggles i was correct.

His original post stated their "for the HR motor as well", which indicates their for the DE motor, BUT they wont fit both so judging by his posts they wont fit the HR motor...THATS what i was gettin at. I swear (and no offense) i must be the only one that owns a Z that has an education, its not hard to see these things. When you dont know and u start guessing and puttin bad info out, this is what happens. Know your car if you have one!!

 

I agree and your right about DE tp's not fitting HR. But I think what he meant when he said "for the HR as well" is that just like the intakes, the tp's are also for the HR. I guess the OP should chime in

If you're confused from the 1st post which he states (07-08) then just scroll down and read some more. Because the OP already clarified it for you several times. No offense but you're not the only person that has a Z and an education. (a little cocky to say on your part) You weren't even able to clarify the misunderstanding by reading. ACTUALLY THERE WAS NO MISUNDERSTANDING, YOU JUST MADE ONE You're right, IT ISN'T HARD TO SEE THESE THINGS. I'm only writing this to defend the OP because he did not put out any bad info. YOU just weren't able to comprehend his post as you were reading it.

 

Actually if u were smart, ud realize i was going off OF the original misunderstanding, yes he did say they were for the HR, BUT the original post said AS WELL so MY understanding was he was still saying they for the HR being confused with the first post making it seem like they were for the DE. Sure, defend him go for it, thats fine, but your the one lookin like an idiot here saying IM wrong when really noone here is wrong, its just one big confusion. Sorry to ruin ur ego there buddy but your comment means nothing to me, except a waste of time on your part failing to make me look like an idiot, i wasnt wrong for assuming anything considering the poorly described and misleading info.

Maybe people should explain in better detail the specs of the parts their selling as to prevent any further confusion. If i were lookin for TP's for my HR, id be confused....OH WAIT, i am and i was.
