Default SVRTech Dual 3" Stainless Steel Turbo Exhaust

Price reduced to $600 Shipped.
Free shipping for continental US only. Anything else I'll contribute $75 towards shipping but after that you're on your own.

Updated picture with current date and cleaned up mufflers. This is stainless steel which will clean up nicely with moderate effort:

Original thread content below:

Selling my SVRTech dual 3" resonated x-pipe exhaust.

This is the full catback exhaust, with some upgrades. When I bought it the primaries were missing, so I had new mid pipes made using high quality mandrel bent 304 stainless steel tube and worked in a pair of stainless steel flex pipes to allow for better fitment and reduce strain on the turbo manifolds. This will allow for movement and reduce the chance of your expensive turbo manifolds cracking.

The rest of the exhaust is true dual 3" 304 stainless steel construction and has Aero exhaust 3" resonators and turbine mufflers. These mufflers have a straight through design and use jet engine physics to accelerate the air through the muffler. The muffler will flow FASTER than a straight section of pipe!

All connections are slip fit with stainless band clamps that will not rust.

The exhaust is in great condition with the exception of some small scrapes and one golf ball sized dent on one of the mufflers, pictured below. Since its stainless steel everything will clean up nicely with some polishing.

Fitment is great. There is a lot of adjustability in the system with the slip fit connections, so if you don't like the way it fits, adjust it some more. On my car it cleared all points and did not hit anywhere on the car.

This exhaust will make your car sound very aggressive. It has a low, deep rumble at idle and the high flow X-pipe makes it sound like a large displacement V8. At WOT these pipes open up and all hell breaks loose. With turbos on the car they should not be too loud for street use. I live 500 feet from a VERY suburban police station and was not once bothered with these on my car for over a year.

Here's a clip of my car with this exhaust on the dyno. The exhaust note is masked by the open wastegates and the dyno noise, but you'll get an idea of what a WOT pull sounds like:

Pictures below. I took pictures of all the worst parts of the system so there are no surprises. I can take more pictures if anyone requests.

The nice new primaries I made:

Super high flow X-pipe; look at that huge cross section!

Here's the only major flaw in the entire system. I actually only noticed it after taking the exhaust off since its on the forward part of the muffler and can't be seen from the rear. If you're really bothered by it you can get a new muffler and fit it right into the system: http://www.amazon.com/Inlet-Outlet-A...8547957&sr=8-5

The rest of the pictures will show various scratches due to rough roads + slammed car:

Proof of ownership:

I'll try to answer questions as best as I can. Fastest way to get my attention is PM. Otherwise I'll try to get the thread subscription working.

Questions from the last thread:

Q: Will these work on my stock/NA 350Z?
A: Short answer, no. This is a full 3" exhaust so you need 3" outlets at the cats in order to hook up. Stock is 2.5", these are meant for turbo cars. It can be made to work with some reducers. If you're seriously interested I can probably fab this up for you at cost.

Q: Can you ship to Canada?
A: I can ship to Canada, but any extra shipping charges, taxes, duties, insurance, what-have-you past the $75 mark is your responsibility. I will also assume no responsibility for any issues arising from local laws that may differ from shipping in the US. I'm pretty reasonable and I'm sure we can work something out, but I'll have to cover my own butt as I'm unfamiliar with international shipping.

How much power did you make with this? I'm assuming it will fit on a G35 with 6" extensions?

I still have these, they're still looking for a new home.

My car made 456 on SP's dyno with these, but I ran out of injector at 10psi. That is a ton of power at 10psi, especially with stock heads and valvetrain.

I'm not 100% sure of the difference between a G and Z, but if the back-end and sway bar etc are all the same I see no reason why it wont fit. In fact if the extra 6" can be put in up front by the X-pipe I can even weld another 6" onto the primaries for you for a few bucks if you want.

Bump.

80% of this exhaust was shop built. Only the front mid pipes aren't original, however they're made with mandrel bent stainless which is actually superior to the parts they replaced.

Wow, awesome setup. Is that a gold plated firewall?!

Too bad I can't make any of that stuff work for me. Exhaust is still looking for a new owner if you're interested.
