Interested in cats

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing the cats, but just had a couple questions. I am a 2005 G35 coupe owner, so please bear with me =P

1. Can you confirm that the cats came off a 350Z with the VQ35HR engine?
2. Is the pic in the middle depicting what you mean by the bolt hole being chewed up?
