Not sure on the miles, bought them used. I had them on for about 5k. They are still in great condition as they are stainless. Has some scratches on bottom. Comes with defoulers (I never had a light come on) bolts and top gaskets.

I'm interested in buying them. Although I originally planned on gettin the HFC from fast intentions. Is there something wrong with them besides cosmetics damage?

 

There is nothing wrong at all with them besides the scrapes. They fit and sound great eliminate all rasp and never threw a CEL for me.
