Default Why dont they...?

Why doesnt anyone make a body kit for the 350Z that has the area above the bumper open

gah, hard to explain why dont body kit makers do this:

See??
The areas labeled one and two

why dont companies make vents there to flow cool air to the filter and over the hot engine bay to relieve some of the under-hood temps??

Thanks all!

Sarona's kit is like that.
I'm not a personal fan of it however.
I'll go find a pic of it on another website and post it back in this thread in a few minutes.

I'd like the top kit without the busy rest of the front end, like, a

Amuse DCF kit with the top vents all the way across

see?

like that style of venting, but on a much less crappy front end

I am curious as to the funtionality of those holes though. Would they really improve temps, I dont think enough to warrant ugly body kit just me thouhg

I like the look too, thats kinda my thing

A lot of the 300ZX kits had those vents, why not the 350?

hmmm

It boggles the mind

Heres my latest, can anyone graft that style vent into a nismo kit?

Photoshp hates me and I hate it

not feelin it...too many holes. Feels like the body has a weak structural integrity. I'd prefer something more subtle, such as INGS+1, Nismo, or Wald, but do what you want.

The Sarona kit makes the Z's butt look bubbly.

Why not just get the CF duct for the stock front bumper that some companies make? Looks a lot cleaner than those two body kits.

Yeah. The Sarona kit definately has a bad rear end.
I do like the fenders however. I would buy them if they are sold seperately... and I think they are.
Too bad I have shallow pockets right now... stupid holiday gifts

I dont like the sarona kit, I just was thinking that if it had those style vents on a nismo or drift INGS+1 R style

that would look sweet
