Need tips on Removing Body Kit from Bumper
Anyone have any tips on removing a body kit part from a car? It is a stillen rear under-bumper valance (urethane), attached with 3M tape. My wife and I thought we had it lined up perfect, but after I pulled back the tape and attached it, I can see it is not perfect. I want to remove it and start over.
I haven't tried pulling it off or anything yet. Wondering if using a blow dryer to heat the glue on the tape would help. Also wondering what is best method to remove the tape residue from both the part and my car before I try it again.
Thanks for your help.

go to the store pick up some GOO-gone.
get a blowdryer heat it up .....you can try to pull it off....but the best way is to get some light fishing wire or dental floss and do it that way. Your also going to have to pick up some more 3m tape!
