Default $250 to Paint and Install Veilside V.1 Urethane Front Lip?

This is the quote i received from UltimateZ in streamwood, il to have the veilside v.1 urethane front lip painted and installed. the price seems steep for a bolt on front lip. what do you guys think? how much should i expect to pay for paint and install?

thats really steep i think. i got my fiberglass v1 veilside done for 250 at bodywerks in skokie and that needed a lot more prep work.

Actually urethane body parts need a lot more prep work and time then fiberglass.

Why not just get this lip:

It comes already painted. I got one several months ago and it looks great. I did have to trim it a little to get it to fit.

i thought about it.. but i dont like how big it is at the ends.... looks a little too big for me. the veilside fits perfectly with the look of the z.

Actually, that seems to be within the range . . . 150-350. If the shop doesn't see the piece firsthand, then expect a high quote. In a few cases, the color will be a factor in material costs. And yes, for the record, urethane lips need an etching primer to promote adhesion.
