Default Kirk Racing 4 Pt. Roll Bar

Quick question for all of you who own this roll bar. I bought this used off another member and am wondering if any of you have any instructions on the easiest and fastest way to get this thing in the car. I found pictures of where they mount but the X part of the bar mounts to a point and I don't know if I have to remove some black adhesive or if I have to drill any holes. I'm just lost right now and want to start putting this thing in. I already tried searching but really cant get anything but pictures of owners with roll bars installed.

Thank You

Got mine for $350 used but in good condition off eric1h on the boards. I got everything but can't seem to find instructions. I'm pretty sure that it's not that complicated but I want to make sure I do everything properly.

Why not call Kirk Racing and ask them. I can't believe they wouldn't answer any questions you might have. I took my car to them and they installed it and did a great job.

I'm gonna put mine in this weekend.
I have the stright back one, not the X. But you do have to drill a few holes and cut some plastic and carpet.
Best is to call up Kirk. Really friendly people and very responsive!!

The main hoop will need you to hammer away at the metal on the floor to allow clearance for the legs to make it to the correct mounting points. The X brace will mount on part of the wheel well, so you will have to cut plastic pieces of your interior off to allow the legs to reach

Give kirk a call. They are great people
