Default japan nismo and us nismo what's the difference?

I got into a little fender bender so I'll need a new front bumper. What's the difference of the japan nismo front bumper and U.S. nimso front bumper?

Is the U.S. just a lip with no middle horizontal line going across the vent?

Someone please clear this up for me? And Nissan dealerships sell nismo products now right?

thanks

The main difference is the us-spec Nismo front is "only" a lip and the jdm front is the whole bumper (if you're looking for the front only!).

Also be advised that the us-spec is PU (which bends easily when bumped against something) and the jdm front is GFK.

Your JDM Nismo front (with jdm nismo skirts, there's also a diffference to the us-spec) shoud look like this:

hope this helps

Thanks for the info. So how much is the jdm front going for...I like the whole bumper(the one you have).

Anyone know how much the OEM bumper costs?

I'm afraid I can't tell you. I live in europe and made a special agreement with my dealer (nismo pack + installation of y-pipe + exhaust).

I'm sure some members from the states can help you further on.

Dude, you really want to see the squirty thing in action?

I'm afraid it will take some time until I can make you a vid of this.... IF you can wait I will host it sometime but until then please wait or maybe someone else has one already on his server.

cheers
