Default To you car-lighting experts:

I installed some LED floor lights about a month ago by splicing into the taillights wire in the area near the fuses on the drivers side of the cab. All was well for about a month, but now, neither the LEDs nor my taillights work. Blinkers and brake lights are fine. I checked the fuses, but nothing's wrong there. What else could it be and how do i fix it?

what are your tail lights, you mean the normal red lights that are on when you turn on the parking lights? First thing, if you spliced into the parkings lights, check to see if your small front lights are on. If those are out too, that whole circuit is out. You probably would need a wiring diagram, but you would have to trace the wire back to the 12v source. Did you check the fuse box in the engine compartment too next to the battery? Sometimes a fuse will go out there too. You are probably overloading that circuit, might be safer to put it on a switch and relay.

yea check the fuse box... you may have shorted it out being a crossed wire or water or even pulling too much current on a small fuse

Somehow separate the lights and hook it up to some batteries and see if it lights up...
