wings west has a vent at rear end of the side skirt.

Say, can you modify a uranthane sideskirt? What if I want to cut the vent out and bundo it up? Will it work?

 

I just done some more search, and that sideskirt in question is not from Veilside.

the wheels are definately veilside. The kit I have never seen before... but I like it. It may be something new from TAS this year that veilside just released or something.

where did you get that pic? do you have any others that show the kit from different angles?

those look like the powerhouse amuse fenders too, so it could be a mix/match kit.

 

You know what? Your right. I just glanced at it and thought it was the V3, but its not. I'm pretty sure the rear wing is V1 and what I can see of it, the front bumper looks like a V3. This could simply be a counterfeit kit.

 

thats a tommy kiara front bumper, modified wingswest sides, initial-d and/or ING n-spec rear bumper, and visage rear spoiler. the only difference in that skirt & the wingswest is that one above does not have the vent. it has to just be a modified version unless theres a replicator that used thier design & changed it 10% to protect themsleves from copywrite infringement........the other pieces im 100% sure of(not that anyone asked, lol!)

I think the wings west kit is urathane. Can you mod a urathane kit like that? I mean cut out the vent and fill it up?

 

i know you can modify urathane but its a PITA. I had a urathane stillen front bumper on my 1st 300zx that ripped from a "offroad" experience(dont ask). the bottom lip was torn in half as well as other serious cosmetic damage. the body shop repaired it & it looked like new!
theres always that possibility that its another manufacturer we havent stumbled upon yet, but it sure does look identical to the WW sides!
