Default Sparco seat install

I just received my new Sparco Torino 2 seat. Is this an easy swap and install? or do I have aprofessional shop do it? do i need any additional parts, or do i just pull out the stock seat, and screw in the new one? How easy is the install? details please

you need brackets and sliders for the seat, the seat itself is universal, it's the sliders and brackets that you need to make it fit into a certain vehicle.

Please let us know how the new seats change the hight of your placement in the car. ( I didnt know how to say this but I think you know what I mean.)

I currently have Sparco Torino's in my Prelude that I plan to swap into the Z. I'm going to need just the brackets I would imagine (rails/sliders should be the same, no?)

How much can you get it for? Let me know.

When I put my Sparco's into the Prelude, I feel like I sit slightly higher. But I also couldn't put the seats at the lower setting with the bracket/slider because of the mounting bolt.
