I was considering getting the kit but I noticed that the side skirts look different. Is this because one is for the Japanese Market and the other for the US market?

Yes. Top pciture is JDM sideskirts. Bubbles are not go up of the middle line and made by fiberglass.
Bottom one is US Spec sideskirts. Those bubbles (front and back) go over the middle line. more aggressive look and made by Poly Urathan so heavy but stronger.

I was looking in the Gallery section but all the cars there have the JDM kits on them. Can someone post pictures of the car with the US Spec kit?
Also I was doing more research and know that the Nismo US Spec spoiler is different as well. With all those changes, did the front spoiler have changes made to it?

Wow!!! Thanks for the side by side pics Bat. It definitely makes it easier on me to pick the side skirts I want now. The US Spec it is. I'll have to wait for the tax return check though. I think I'll pass on the Nismo spoiler for now.
Thanks again for the pics and your car looks sweet.

Now if you look on the picture I posted from the State Fair of Texas, you can clearly see that it wraps around the bottom portion of the bumper. Also I found a picture of the front lip from CourtesyParts.com where the lip is not painted. This better illustrates what I'm talking about.
