Did you have Toby do yours? Yeah, I really would like to put the strips in so I'll probably open it up again but of course I don't trust myself to be able to do it so hopefully I can find someone in SoCal to do this for me.

I'd be interested in a set too. But, I do not have the experience nor the available tools to take apart my headlight, is there anyone in SoCAL or NorCAL who is good like boogiemyke? Any new updates on this thing?

Still waiting for an update ??? If anyone here in Atlanta has opened their headlights i'd definitely appreciate some help with this when the clear strips come in sometime this century

well i have opened up several pair with my buddy dave079 and its not so hard. the hardest part is watching your headlight sit in that oven. the best way to do it is 250-300 degrees and for like 6 minutes. at no time should the headlight get soft ANYWHERE if it does you will need to do your best to cool it down quickly or it may morph or warp and then the headlight housing might crack. its not so bad once you do it though.

Just wondering if this clear headlight strip was even close to hitting production? I've been so darn anxious... I'd prefer the clear strip, but painting the strip seems like what I'm gonna have to go with if this doesn't come out....
