The way you speak and represent yourself reflects your character.

We never did you wrong. In fact, we never did anything wrong to any member on this forum. And, we never even claimed to be speedy when it comes to service. Quoted off of our FAQ (http://clearcorners.com/faq/):

Turnaround time >>>>
If you are looking to purchase something quickly and cheaply, you have found the wrong site. Our top priority is to offer rare, distinct, high quality products. Unlike many products being sold in the aftermarket, our goal is to not only meet but also exceed the performance of the OEM unit.

Most, if not all of the products listed on our site take time to attain and fabricate. We commonly work on offroad vehicles (show/race applications) where downtime isn't such a concern. If downtime is a major issue, please look into purchasing a spare set of lamps to have modified. If you have a deadline, please bring it to our attention prior to placing your order.

And, turn-around time has nothing to do with the facts. The FACT is we did work for you, and you refuse to pay for the work performed.

Here is a response dated April 29th:

"Mike, like I mentioned before, I will put the headlights up for sale over the weekend on Ebay. You can check it out for yourself. After the sale is complete I will foward the balance to you."

The lamps were never listed on e-bay nor did he pay us. It is now July, I dont think anyone considers 3 months to sell a pair of headlights as "rushing."

Odd that you now offer COD as an alternative, whereas in our previous e-mails you didnt even care to reply, let alone make that an option.

Again, allow me to stress to other forum members NOT to buy from him. As for other vendors, all I can say is BE CAREFUL!!!

Here is the most recent response:

Mike, keep in mind, you have made my locations and name public. This is pretty much invading my privacy. So get ready for some legal action soon to come. Very sad you cannot understand this, and you want to go public. Simply amazing!!!

Funny, we never listed your private information -- your address, phone number and e-mail are still held private.

Think about it, you'de rather threaten to sue with a frivolous law suit based on "invasion of privacy" than realize the error of your ways.

Conversely, we could waste our time putting this in collections or small claims court, but you really arent worth that effort. Its just odd that you would threaten to take legal action than to peacefully resolve this matter.

Shame shame shame.

LOL!!!!!!!!! Iam still having the last laugh. Too bad you wanted to take this route. Look at my car, look at the money invested into it!!!!! Paying you is not a problem at all for me. Since you like to find solutions on the forum, keep waiting!!!! All the suppliers for the aftermarket parts on my car will vouch on the way funds were expedited to them. Anyhow, keep posting on the forum. This will be my last post directed towards you. Just like you mentioned in your last post, you arent really worth wasting my time on. Oh by the way, I just received the Do-Luck bodykit yesterday which was fully PAID for before it came in from Japan. I will be posting pictures once it is painted and installed. Matter of fact, I might be giving the person who works on the kit extra money on top of what is owed, for his great work and great business ethics.

Great attitude, Sam!

What do I care about your car? I dont treat my customers differently based on their cars and amount of money "invested." (Note, a car is not an investment.) All customers should be treated with respect, unless they do something to dishonest. I've made numerous attempts to contact you via phone and e-mail. My emails went unanswered for weeks. My phonecalls were not answered at all. And, you actually picked up your phone when the called ID was blocked -- this was the first hint that you were actually avoiding the situation. Here is another email showing you Sam's character:

"I am not out to cheat you, and no, the headlights have not been sold. I have not even put them up for sale. I will be doing it soon. I happen to have businesses all over the state and beyond. I do not have time to sit here and respond to your emails and voicemails promptly. I will absolutely not send the headlights to you to sell, and then you give me the difference. I had those lights sitting there with you for a few months, and you still could not sell them. I will sell them soon and send the money to you. If you do not trust me, then that is something you will have to deal with.

This is not about having a "last laugh," this is about reputation. Obviously, you have no care about your reputation in the Z community. Fortunately, there are others who do -- and they will read these posts and see your poor attitude and unprofessional way of handling situations.

I hate to get off your little topic hear but I emailed you a couple times a while back Mike and have not heard from you. If you could recomend a product to seal headlamps and possibly where I could get it I would greatly appreciate it. As I have already ruined one pair and not anxious to ruin a second pair.

Thanks again, if you need to email me the info my email is Laidbackracr@gmail.com or christopher.stallings@gmail.com (that is most likely in your records)

amai,

Your car has been my desktop wall paper for the last 4 months or so, since you first posted those pics.

Just had to let you know that.
