polyurethane is definitely better because of it's ability to flex more - though it also costs more and there is not a large selection of body kits made in polyurethane.

Depends on the kit - go with urethane if you plan on running into things a lot. But urethan is heavier, some shops have trouble painting it correctly and it can sag over time. Fiberglass is nice because it can be fixed relatively easy, where urethane cannot. Fiberglass holds paint a little better, but is definitely more fragile.

I would highly reccomend getting an athentic kit if you go fiberglass though. The quality and fitment will be much better.

In the end, as long as the kit is quality, IE: topsecret, Wald, INGs, Air Walker - fiberglass is still a good choice.

Urethane, fiberglass is cheaper but you will need a whole new piece if you bump a curb where as Urethane will just pop right back out & might even need a little paint & be perfectly fine. I have know fiberglass not to fit right as well have paint matching problems. I have not knowlede about the new fiberglass/urethane combination bumpers. That is my 2 cents.
