Default Painting Engine Bay

I want to paint my engine bay to make it look more eye catching. I am purchasing a grounding kit soon as well. What kind of paint should I use ? Anyone have pics of a nicely painted CS 350z i can get some ideas from ? Colors ?

Thanks in advance

Well, since ur going to be doing it yourself with a rattle can, go to autozone and pic up some high temp engine enamel. Make sure to prep the pieces nicely in order for it to come out good. As for colors. i have cs, and when im doin mine im doin them 2 tone black and silver. Red would also look nice. Hope this helps.

IF you want to get paint that matches the factors colors, you can order a can of spray from www.towerpaints.com . All you need is the color code. If you plan on painting the plastic parts, don't forget to get a can of Bulldog Primer. It sticks to plastic then the paint can stick to it.

I have CS and did mine in red and silver - but my paint job sucks - should have paid someone to do it for me - I'm just not patient enough but it still looks better than stock

C'mon people this is easy

Remove plastics

Clean plastics of contaminants

Spray even sprays fluid motion many coats, and do not cake it on

Let dry

And your done, pocket the cash of someone to do this for you.
