One more solution is to put something-Z on the right sides of the hatch, so it'll be all symmetrical

how much is it, and where exactly did you buy it from?
Looks great. What are you doing about the front one?

I think I am opposite to most on this discussion. I removed my 350z badge, and left the Nissan badge in middle. I had considered putting the fairlady badge where the 350z badge was, but that is kind of like putting a S500 badge on a S430 Mercedes-- it isn't the same thing. I like the symmetrical look of having only one circular badge in the center.
I don't see how you came with that analogy. Fairlady Z and 350Z is the SAME thing. Just somebody "smart" desided for us that us americans like "350z" name more than "FairladyZ". So it sells as 350z in USA.
Vlad,
I see your point, the FairladyZ is in Japan what the 350Z is in the United States. However, the 350Z is not *exactly* the same as the FairladyZ - due to different government requirements / regulations. I do understand that they are about 95% the same car though. Perhaps my S430/500 analogy was a bad one.
The auto makers test market different names in various markets, and certain names work out better in different markets. For whatever reason, numbers and letters are working really well in the u.s. market right now.
Another good example of this is the Acura RSX and TSX - don't quote me on this, but I believe in Japan the RSX is still called the Integra?

Mercedes is especially good at it. Thanks to they strange custom to name model with similar sounding abbreviations I'm still not sure wich one is SLK, CLK etc... So I finaly gave up and bought Z
I also always find it confusing how they call car's trim levels on US market. Instead of Basic, medium, luxury it's always LX, HS, MX etc... So it's really pain to remember what is what... Am I the only one? Since they use those abbriviation, I guess they assume average american like the abbreviation and find it easy to remember and understand.... Which I can't believe!!!
Honda Pilot: LX, EX (can you guess what is what?)
Nissan Altima: S, SL, SE
etc, etc... But Ford Focus beat them all:
ZX3, ZX5, LX, SE, ZTS, ZTW, SVT

its amazing how the auto makers can get you so dazzled by a badge on a car that you are willing to pay $k's for the badge.
how many people driving v12 mercedes really care that their car is a bit faster than the v8 ? --
the SL55 however, that car is worthy of the badge and the money. in fact, the entire 55 series by mercedes is awesome, in my opinion. that engine is great. although, for the price of an SL55, i'll take a 911 turbo and extra money to play with though.
