HID for base
Guys,
I am looking to get aftermarket HID. Is 6500k too blue looking? Is the upgrade worth it over halogen?
Anybody have problems with cops for having HID? I live in Socal.
Thanks,
Tony

OEM 4300K is the way to go. Any higher Kelvin rating and you are just giving up lumens.

I have a 5000k on mine and it looks awesome. I have gotten many compliments on it from other Z owners and they say it looks much better than stock. I wouldnt go anything above 6000k due to loss of illumination. Your not going to have problems with cops with HID since the Z normally comes with it anyway. If you get them make sure to adjust them accordingly to make sure they arent blinding people.

Guys,
They have 4100-5000k or 5500-6500k. A fellow z that i know locally has the 5500-6500k. Never saw it a night though.
I think i am going with 4100-5000k hid.
