the front is easy. First pop your hood and you should see a bunch of clips holding the front bumper down. Pry these off with a flathead. Next, get underneath the front bumper and you'll see about 8 (10mm) or 8mm I forgot bolts that need to be removed. Then there are 3 bolts per side behind the fender wall. Remove them. Wala your front bumper is off. As for the rear bumper....I heard its really tricky and I need to figure out how myself. Hope this helps.
