(replica) Nismo rear underwings.

i got the nismo authentic side skirts already, now i was just wondering on the rear underwings how does the replica ones fit? i honestly dont wanna pay $400 for (2) little underwings when i can just get the replicas for $200. does anyone have the replicas on there car now? if so how are the fitments and what kind of material is it? thanks...
