Default you know those plastic air blockers in the grill...well what if I

took them out, what would happen? im thinking about it because it would make mounting my laserjammer easyer and i was thinking may be help more air flow to the intake. but i think it will hinder high speed arreo dynamics... so is it fine if i take them out.

if any one has pictures of these peaces taken out i might be interested in seeing them

thanks in advance.

Do you have to cut them out or does the whole piece come out?

I attached my LASER JAMMERS to them. Not the best solution, but it works well.

they are there for a reason, or they wouldn't be there. That being said, you won't notice a difference without them. Mine have been gone forever.

Mine are out too. If I remember correctly the one on the drivers side blocks air coming in from the radiator to the intake area. With it out you should be able to get fresh air into the intake area.

As far as the grille goes...if you want to replace it, it has to be cut out.....Not to woory though, mine went like butter....It's a soft composite......

Thats roughly where I put my laser shifters too. What kind do you have jcn? I have the Escort ZR3 and there are only two units up front and the third goes above the license plate.

I have the Escort combined radar and laser jamming system that they call the SRX

Here is the link to info about it: https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video/72400-i-got-some-srx.html

OK. So it's not a radar jammer, just a radar detector and a laser jammer.

When I saw that it was Escort, I found it hard to believe they'd make a radar jammer since they are illegal (except for the "passive" jammers which are worthless anyway).

the one on passenger side protects radiator and its tubing. both lateral portions are attached via plastic screws, as i recall, and come out easily.
