ok so i searched and searched and found threads about clear lights but im still confused. Is there or isnt there a clear lens that we can buy to replace the amber one in the light currently (saw the group buy but from what i gather that fell through). If I do open up my light can I just take out the amber strip and close up the light again or do I have to replace the amber strip with a clear one?

not sure what happened to the second group buy; last I heard it was definitly happening... check the inventor forums though I think the newest info is there.

you can open it up and remove it. there is a hole under part of it where you see the light; that will be visible. or some just paint the existing strip silver and put it back in like that.
