Stillen Type 1 Spoiler question

Stillen Type 1 Spoiler question
Does the Stillen Type 1 spoiler mount with 3m tape only or do you also have to drill holes in the decklip to mount it???

I had mine mounted with just 3M double sided tape. That thing was a pain to remove when I took the spoiler off.
