Default Paintless urethane bumper repair????????

Anyone know if there is such an animal for repairing urethane bumper covers? I refer to something similar to paintless dent repair for metal. Some nimrod backed into my rear bumper in a parking lot. No paint damage but he left a 9" long horizontal crease in the bumper cover. I was hoping there is a process to smooth it out without the need for major body work.

Im not sure if there truly is such a thing. Yea that website says they repair plastic but it never says anything about not painting it. It actually mentions paint several times in the paragraph and if you watch the pictures, half the cars had paint damage in the before picture.
